Geocaching Event
CNE stands for Culture and Nature Event.
CNE returns in 2027 with a new event. This time, CNE focuses on Culture and Nature in and around Fort de Batterijen in Nieuwegein. This year marks CNE's 5th anniversary! So we are going to make it something special again. During the event, various caches will be released that tie in with the theme. Think of a cycling route through the area or informative Lab adventures.
With Fort de Batterijen, we once again have a beautiful, spacious location for the anniversary. There will be various activities. Naturally, we are counting on good weather so that everyone can head out for the various outdoor activities or the new geocaches.

What is there to do?
The lottery is at 4:30 PM
There will be a raffle at the end of the day. At the buying a ticket a raffle ticket is included, and individual tickets are still available at the event for 1 euro each. During the raffle, various fun geocaching products will be raffled off from, among others, the available geocaching shops.
If you have a buy a ticket in the webshop At the event, you will receive a booklet containing the new geocaches in Nieuwegein and the surrounding area. With the Gold ticket, you also receive a GPX file containing the traditional geocaches and a goodie. With the Platinum Ticket, you even get the coin included!

There is a parking area at the fort with limited space. Therefore, coming by public transport or bicycle is preferred.
